Olympia De Castro

As Chief Financial Officer at Datacubed Health, Olympia is responsible for the planning, implementing, managing, and executing all financial activities. She is a 30+ year veteran in the finance industry with extensive experience in investment banking, asset management, and merchant banking. Currently, she is a Board Advisor of Gratitude Railroad, a community of investors dedicated to solving environmental and social problems through the profitable deployment of financial, intellectual, and human capital, and a Board Member of Enduring Planet, a fintech that provides non-dilutive capital to high-growth technology startups serving the low carbon economy. She is also Senior Investment Consultant for the United Nations Capital Development Fund, which is focused on making public and private finance work for the poor in the world’s 46 least developed countries.

In his role as CTO, Chiang is responsible for the development and execution of technology strategy, processes and procedures to position Datacubed Health for ongoing growth. Prior to joining Datacubed Health, Chiang was a senior vice president of technical operations at Virgin Pulse, where he built a cross-functional technical and operational department of 140-plus resources across 4 continents. In this role, Chiang also planned and managed the migration of legacy processes and systems to cloud-based solutions, providing Virgin Pulse with significant improvements in speed, remote access and business continuity.

As Vice President of Marketing for Datacubed Health, Jill is responsible for the creation, planning, and execution of the overall Marketing strategy for the organization. Jill has worked for companies such as Thomson Reuters, Clario, Medrio, and most recently ArisGlobal. She has over 15 years of Life Sciences SaaS experience across the entire drug development lifecycle, with a heavy concentration in Clinical. Her marketing background is as extensive as it is diverse, having served in roles focused on lead generation, content development, communications, public relations, and digital marketing at different times throughout her career. Jill has always embodied a patient-first mindset, and is proud to contribute to the democratization of clinical trials.

Kim has specialized in delivering solutions for better outcomes by driving the importance of the patient experience in solution and product design.

Vice President of Compliance
Nate has been committed to ensuring the quality and compliance of eClinical technologies since 2005, working for companies such as Phoenix Data Systems/BioClinica (now Clario), Clinical Ink, and ClinOne. Nate, as Vice President of Compliance, is responsible for overseeing Datacubed’s Quality System and ensuring compliance with global regulations and industry standards. Nate’s passion is building effective Quality Systems that provide the flexibility to meet the needs of both the company and its customers while providing sufficient documentation of compliance with regulatory concerns.

Marc Eigner
Executive Chairman
Mr. Eigner has more than 20 years of senior leadership experience with life science software companies, growing the business he co-founded, Polaris, from its start to its eventual acquisition by IQVIA in 2017.
Additionally, he served as an investor and interim Chief Commercial Officer of H1, before a successful exit, and served as the Chief Executive Officer of Anju Software. Mr. Eigner has led companies to significant nine figure liquidity events, and has experience in self-funded, private equity and venture capital structures. In addition to his role at Data Cubed, Mr. Eigner currently serves as an operating partner at Berenson Capital, a mid-market focused private equity group.
Mr. Eigner received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Systems Engineering, a Master of Science degree in Computer Systems Engineering, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Rensselaer. He also attended the Executive Education program at the Harvard Business School.
Mr. Eigner serves as a Board Member of the Black Bear Youth Hockey Foundation, which removes financial barriers to youth hockey participation. He is also a sponsor of, and on the organizing committee for the Miracle Walk, which benefits the neonatal intensive care unit at St. Barnabas Hospital in Livingston, NJ.

Laurie is President and CEO of Halloran Consulting Group, a team of advisors founded in 1998 that offers strategic leadership to life science and biotechnology companies navigating through the regulatory and operational challenges of product development. Recognized as an industry expert who has significantly improved the organizational effectiveness of her clients, Laurie serves on the Advisory Boards of Boston University’s School of Public Health, Lesley University Alumni and Merck/EMD Serono’s Precision Medicine. She also serves on the New England Women in Science Executive’s Board of Directors.

Nicholas D. Cortezi
Nick currently serves on the Board of Directors of Ryan Specialty and as Chairman of Ryan Specialty Underwriting Managers and is also a member of the Executive Committee. He has also served on numerous boards, including the Independent Insurance Agents of Maryland, the Board of the National Association of Surplus Lines Offices (“NAPSLO”), the Gilman and the Bryn Mawr Schools in Baltimore, Maryland, and the Board of Advisors of the Bologna Center of the Johns Hopkins School for Advanced International Studies, and many others. He earned a B.A. in International Relations and a Master’s in International Public Policy from Johns Hopkins University.

Steven co-founded Sterling Partners in 1983 and is Chairman of the firm. Steven has been active in a number of non-profit organizations and educational charities, including the Illinois Board of Higher Education, President of the Glencoe Educational Foundation and the Investment Committee of the Jewish United Fund. He received a BS in Accountancy with Honors from the University of Illinois.

Jackie Kent
Jackie Kent is a pharmaceutical development and healthcare technology executive, board director, and trusted advisor with a passion for clinical research and accessibility to Clinical Trials. With over 35 years of experience in pharma and technology, Jackie also served as the Chief Customer Officer at Medidata Solutions. She continues contributing her expertise and passion for clinical trial accessibility through boards, advisory and consulting. She is now an independent consultant focusing on transforming clinical trials with innovation and inclusion at the forefront of what she does.
Jackie is a change leader and advocates with comprehensive knowledge about the dynamics of diverse healthcare systems and clinical development and execution.
She is currently a board director for Circuit Clinical and Curavit. Jackie also serves on the Advisory Board for Saama Technologies, Trutag and Florence Healthcare. Jackie is leading the Diversity working group for the Society of Clinical Research Sites (SCRS), providing leadership to a global organization to create greater site sustainability with a special focus on diversity.
Jackie spent over four years at Medidata where she led the Customer Success organization, which is laser-focused on ensuring a positive customer experience along every step of their journey with the company. The CS organization uses a cross-functional customer strategy to infuse the voice of the customer throughout the organization. Previously, she was the EVP, Head of Product and, in both roles, reported directly to the CEO while serving on the executive committee.
Throughout her 29-year tenure at Eli Lilly, Jackie held leadership roles across Clinical Development, where she worked with leading organizations to develop feasibility, recruitment/retention, site selection, clinical operations, CT supply planning, medical quality, and global audit.
Her honors include PharmaVoice 100, PM360 Elite Strategist and HBA Luminary.
