As Vice President of Project Management at Datacubed Health, Ashley oversees project management operations and serves as the primary executive escalation point for our clients.
Ashley specializes in building scalable operational frameworks that enable emerging organizations to deliver enterprise-grade solutions. Her expertise spans eCOA/ePRO, eConsent, patient engagement, and telehealth technologies, with deep knowledge of regulatory compliance standards including GCP and 21 CFR Part 11.
Throughout her career, Ashley has designed and implemented comprehensive operational infrastructures, from SOPs and quality management systems to cross-functional delivery processes, that drive efficiency, ensure compliance, and support organizational growth. She bridges technical capabilities with business objectives, working closely with Engineering, Product, and Strategic Design teams to shape product strategy and deliver exceptional client outcomes.
